I was very impressed with the service given by Alex and his team at Vale Conservatories. The quote for a replacement conservatory with a warm roof was very competitive and upon acceptance we were given an estimated delivery date which, in these troubled times, seemed reasonable. The work was completed within two weeks and since completion we have been amazed at the difference the warm roof has made. A big thank you to Alex and his team.

Vale has just completed the fitting of an Ultraframe replacement (tiled) roof on our conservatory. Every aspect, from initial design to completion of the project, was managed so well in a friendly but highly professional manner. At the start, Alex listened to my concerns about the existing structure and ensured that these were resolved when the replacement was fitted. He also gave very good advice regarding the choice of tiles and the glass roof panels. Alex and his team replaced my old wooden conservatory and transformed the space into a wonderful conservatory room. I was given a very competitive quote for the full build and interior works. The team were very professional. Good quality materials were used and the construction was of a high standard. There were some delays due to the current situation, but it was worth the wait as I'm delighted with the end product. I would definitely recommend Vale to anyone considering any conservatory works.

I can highly recommend Vale Conservatories, their service and work was excellent from start to finish. Our large conservatory had a leaking roof and was boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter. We now have a lovely tiled roof, which has been plastered inside and have spotlights for the first time. It now feels like a proper room and will get far more use. It has exceeded our expectations and was far less stressful than imagined. Alex and his team are brilliant and I can't recommend then enough.
